Initial 1:1 consultation (online/phone) – 30 minutes
Discussion of the player's goals, position, strengths, and weaknesses, plus an analysis of their previous training.
Individual 4-week training plan
Tailored to age, position, goals, and available conditions (e.g., pitch, home, gym).
Technique analysis from submitted videos
The coach evaluates video (e.g., dribbling, shooting, receiving) and provides feedback on improvements.
Motor preparation plan (speed, strength, coordination)
Exercises focused on improving physical attributes appropriate for a given position.
Constant contact with the coach (WhatsApp, phone, email)
Support, answers to questions, ongoing plan adjustments, and additional guidance.
Progress Monitoring
Monthly progress reports and potential adjustments to the plan based on results.
General Dietary Guidelines for Young Footballers
Nutrition guidelines for pre-match, post-training, and on rest days (not a diet, but specific guidelines).
Simple Mental Training – 1 task per week
